Do you provide International delivery?
We do offer international delivery. Our international delivery is £15.
How do I exchange an item?
For exchanges after receipt of your item(s), please follow the return policy to return. Send an email to info@acfcollection.com referencing your order number and the replacement item(s). Once we have received the item(s) in mint condition, we will ship out the replacement item(s).
How do I return an item?
We are happy to accept returns within 7 business days of receiving your item(s). Please be aware that we cannot accept item(s) that are damaged, washed or altered in any way. We only accept item(s) that are unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. Simply email us at info@acfcollection.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your items. We only refund original shipping costs if there has been an error with the order or your purchase was faulty.

All jewellery, undergarments, sale items, swimwear items cannot be returned or refunded.
